Exercises are bodily activities that maintain and enhances the physical fitness of the body and improve its wellness.

Exercise and physical activities are divided into four;

1. Strength training involves lifting weights, using your body weight and using resistance band. This makes the muscle stronger.

2. Endurance training involves jogging, dancing, mowing, raking, digging. The increase the breathing and heart beat rate.

3. Stretching involves yoga, shoulder and upper arm stretch. This help stretch muscles and make the body limber.

4. Balance involves heel to toe walk, standing on one foot, Ta chi. It help to prevent falls.

Evolution is a way Scientists like to theorize the world was made/ created. They try to explain why everything can about in a uniform way. Everything has a reason or theory. Even though scientists haven't been able to prove that Evolution actually exists, many people like the idea of it- just for the reason that it gives a more believable whole approach to how the Earth and Universe came about. For some people, it is more uniform than a religion.
