Why did support for the new deal art programs decline
mrs_skeptik [129]

The support for the New Deal art programs declined because these arts celebrated the progress made under Franklin Roosevelt and promoted the president and his programs. Most New Deal artists were grateful to President Roosevelt for giving them work and fully supported the New Deal's liberal agenda.

But when Harry S Truman was elected the new president,he obviously did not like the New Deal artwork because they were being used to praise Roosevelt. So President Truman stopped all funding for New Deal artwork and thus support for the New Deal art programs declined.

Which of the following is not a benefit to smaller retailers of online shopping?
marissa [1.9K]

Answer:

D. Higher costs due to customer support is not a benefit to smaller retailers of online shopping.

Explanation:

Smaller retailers often incline themselves doing affordable business and save on cost as much as they can. Unlike large retailers, small retailers cannot afford to run a dedicated customer support service separately for their business online.

But looking at the trend of modern-day e-commerce, it becomes mandatory for them to dispense customer support service which doesn't prove to be very beneficial to the business.

Why did the Romans see Carthage as a threat?
ella [17]
Carthage was a leader of trade and leadership. It was also the only city located near the Majardah River, Tunisia's only river to flow all year long. Many new cities replaced Carthage once it was taken over. It grew to be the second largest city in the western half of the Western Empire and was the center of the Roman Province in Africa. It was equally an early center for Christianity.
