In language, a fallacy refers to a faulty argument or a premise and conclusion in which there are issues with the reasoning process. In the case of circular reasoning, this fallacy occurs when the premise or first statement is the same or similar to the conclusion, which means reasons or evidence are not provided but the premise is assumed as valid by itself. This occurs in the case of the sentence "This book is the best book I've read all year. That's what makes it so good" as the author of this premise does not provide evidence to support the premise "This book is the best book I've read all year" and instead both the premise and the conclusion are the same, which occurs in circular reasoning fallacy.
