1. What point is the image of (4,5) with a translation of right 2 and down 3?

Answer 1

Right 2, is +2 to x axis
4 + 2 = 6

so now it is (6,5)
Down 3, is for they y axis
5 - 3 = 2

so now it is (6,2) which is your answer

When reflected over the y axis, you will be changing your x, and vice versa.
for B(-4,2), it will become B(4,2)  For A, it will go from (3,6) to (-3,6), etc.

3. (0,7), when graphed will be located on the y axis
