To find density of the cubes you must follow the formula:

Density = mass/volume

OR

D = \frac{m}{v}

For both of the cubes we already know their mass. For the pink cube the mass is 24 grams and for the green cube the mass is 20 grams. To use this formula you still need volume.

The formula for volume is:

Volume = length x width x height

OR

V = l x w x h

Because this is a cube all the lengths are equal to each other. This means that the length, width, and height values are all the same.

For the pink cube all the sides each measure 8 cm. Find the volume of the cube by using the formula

V = 8 * 8 * 8

V = 512 cm³

For the green cube all the sides each measure 6cm. Find the volume of the cube by using the formula

V = 6 * 6 * 6

V = 216 cm³

Here is what we know so far:

For the pink cube:

Mass - 24 g

Volume - 512 cm³

For the green cube:

Mass - 20 g

Volume - 216 cm³

Use what you know to find Density using the density formula (D = m/v)

Pink:

D = 24 ÷ 512

D = 0.046875

Green:

D = 20 ÷ 216

D = 0.092592592593

Roughly the density of the pink cube is 0.05 and the density of the green cube is 0.09

This means that the green cube has the largest density.

Hope this helped!

Answer: Green

Step-by-step explanation:

mass divided by volume is density.

So you do 24/8^3 and 20/ 6^3

Pink= 0.047

Green 0.092
