Verdich [7]
I would say that the probable order of the cartographic events would be 1) a first attempt at a world map in the 5th and 6th centuries 2) the travels of Marco Polo 3) the Mercator projection in the mid 1500's and finally the 4) Robinson projection in 1963.

How did the assassination of archduke Austria-Hungary lead to war between Russia and Germany
8090 [49]
Serbia supplied the rebels with weapons so that they could kill the archduke. Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia. Russia entered to defend Serbia because they both had large Slavic populations. Germany entered to defend Austria-Hungary. Alliances drew other countries in until it was a world war.

Was general thomas gage a patriot or loyalist or neutral
umka21 [38]
Loyalist. Let's take a look at a few points in General Thomas Gage's history and decide what he is. In April 1775, General Gage received orders to take action against the Patriots. In June 1775, Gage issued a proclamation granting a general pardon to all who would demonstrate loyalty to the crown. I don't think I need to look further. General Thomas Gage was definitely a Loyalist during the American Revolutionary War.
