The statement is TRUE.

The concentration of the population in cities is referred to as urbanization.

It contrasts to rural populations which live outside cities in villages. Before the industrial revolution, most of the world's population lived in rural areas, close to farm land which was their primary source of sustenance.

With the industrial revolution and the introduction of mass manufacturing numerous new sectors and professional jobs were created including accountancy, technicians, teachers etc.

This gave rise to small towns emerging into larger cities having a very different social structure to that found in villages.

With time, more and more people moved to cities, which is known as the urbanization of a population.

What technique did the sumerians use to create cylinder seals that ensured the identification of documents and established prope
Y_Kistochka [10]

A cylinder seal is a small, round cylinder invented around 3500 BCE in the Near East. It was particularly important in southern Mesopotamia. Cylinder seals were usually engraved with written characters or figures, and were used for administrative purposes.

There were two ways in which the Mesopotamians used cylinder seals:

  1. Most  Mesopotamian sylinder seals formed an image through the use of depressions in the cylinder surface. This type of seal is linked to the development of clay tablets, and produces an effect similar to that of sunken reliefs in Ancient Egypt.
  2. The second was as for the seal to print images using raised areas on the cylinder. These were often used to print images on cloth and other two-dimensional surfaces.

What was one weakness of the Articles of Confederation in establishing the first government of the United States?
shepuryov [24]
The answer is A. because it was already tiresome to get 9 nine states out of 13 states to vote on an amendment.

Choice B. is incorrect because the British only required their war costs at the end of the Constitution. Choice C. is incorrect because the Virginia plan (large states) and the New Jersey plan (small states) took place after the Constitution. Choice D. was a major benefit, so that wasn't a weakness.
