Lance should use certain static stretches that involve flexibility of the groin.
Some of these stretches include, the butterfly stretch, frog stretch, Kneeling lunge, pigeon stretch and lying hip rotations.
Each stretch should be around 15-30 seconds.

This is an iron supplement which is needed to to treat or prevent low blood levels of iron which can happen during anemia.
