I do believe that you are supposed to write down what number come next or before like for example #1 would: .046 .093 .14

.18

.23
And I found this out buy dividing .14 by 3 because it takes 3 spaces to get to .14 then just multiply from there hope this helps

Hello :
<span>h(x) = 6x² − 60x + 147= (x² -2(30)x+30²)-30²+147
</span>h(x) = (x-30)²-753 .....(vertex form)
<span>the axis of symmetry is the line of equation : x=30</span>

Help!!!

Answer:

In the year 2019 the number of new cars purchased will reach 15,000.

Step-by-step explanation:

t = 0 corresponds to the number of new cars purchased in 1998. If that is so, we can determine t ( time ) by making our quadratic equation here equal to 15,000 - considering that we want the year the number of cars reaches this value. t here is only the number of years to reach 15,000 cars, so we would have to add that value to 1998, to see the year that the cars will reach 15,000.

The " set up " should look like the following quadratic equation -

20t² + 135t + 3050 = 15,000 - Isolate 0 on one side,

20t² + 135t - 11950 = 0 - From here on let us solve using the quadratic equation formula,

t=\frac{-135+\sqrt{135^2-4\cdot \:20\left(-11950\right)}}{2\cdot \:20}:\quad \frac{-27+\sqrt{38969}}{8},

t=\frac{-135-\sqrt{135^2-4\cdot \:20\left(-11950\right)}}{2\cdot \:20}:\quad -\frac{27+\sqrt{38969}}{8} ... now as you can see we have two solutions, but time can't be negative, and hence our solution is the first one - about 21.3 years. 1998 + 21.3 = ( About ) The year 2019. Therefore, in the year 2019 the number of new cars purchased will reach 15,000.

How do I solve these problems?
nydimaria [60]

Answer:

- 32, - 7, 18 and 127, 106, 85

Step-by-step explanation:

Add the common difference d to the previous term

(1)

a₁ = - 32

a₂ = a₁ + 25 = - 32 + 25 = - 7

a₃ = a₂ + 25 = - 7 + 25 = 18

The first 3 terms are - 32, - 7, 18

(2)

a₁ = 127

a₂ = a₁ + d = 127 - 21 = 106

a₃ = a₂ + d = 106 - 21 = 85

The first 3 terms are 127, 106, 85

paula bought a ski jacket on sale for $5 less than half its original price. she paid $90 for the jacket. What was the original p
insens350 [35]
The original price would be 190 because if you add 5 to 90 you get 95. 95 is half of the original price so you multiple 95 times 2 to get the original price.
