Jewish Christians who taught legalism in the churches were called:
valentinak56 [21]
Legalism (or nomism), in Christian theology, is the act of putting law[clarification needed] above gospel by establishing requirements for salvation beyond repentance and faith in Jesus Christ and reducing the broad, inclusive, and general precepts of the Bible to narrow and rigid moral codes.[1] It is an over-emphasis of discipline of conduct, or legal ideas, usually implying an allegation of misguided rigour, pride, superficiality, the neglect of mercy, and ignorance of the grace of God or emphasizing the letter of law at the expense of the spirit. Legalism is alleged against any view that obedience to law, not faith in God's grace, is the pre-eminent principle of redemption. On the Biblical viewpoint that redemption is not earned by works, but that obedient faith is required to enter and remain in the redeemed state.

How did brazil gain its independence
Aloiza [94]

Brazil's independence was the historical process of separation between Brazil and Portugal that took place on September 7, 1822. Through independence, Brazil ceased to be a Portuguese colony and became an independent nation. With this event, the country organized itself as a monarchy that had d. Peter I as emperor.

The independence of Brazil has a strong connection with the transfer of the Portuguese court to the colony in 1808. The events that took place in the period between 1808 and 1822 led to the erosion of the relationship between the Brazilian elite, especially the Southeast, with the Kingdom of Portugal.

The Portuguese court decided to move to Brazil at the end of 1807 to flee Napoleonic troops that invaded Portugal in retaliation for having breached the Continental Blockade. At that time, the queen of Portugal was d. Mary and the ruling prince were d. John VI, and that was his decision.

Sensitive changes took place in Brazil during this period, which became known as the Joanino Period. These changes have taken place in the cultural, economic and even political fields. The first measure of great repercussion at the time was the opening of Brazil's ports in 1808. This was the end of the commercial monopoly that existed during the colonial period.
