The study of human relations is important to the veterinary assistant for they also deal with people especially the owners of the animals that they are going to treat with.

In addition, veterinary assistant are the one who arrange appointments, assist the veterinary doctors and bill their clients, so they must be fair at all times. Sometimes, they are put into uncomfortable situations where the clients became mad and they need to remain calm, control the situation and try to solve the problem.
