English

Answer and explanation:

Writing is a human medium that represents language through symbols and signs. We use those symbols and signs, called letters or punctuation marks, to build words, sentences, and paragraphs, to elaborate a message that makes sense and that people can understand. We can communicate with each other through writing, as well as create and share ideas.

Reading is a process in which we decode symbols (words, phrases, texts) to get their meaning and comprehend them. We use reading for our language learning, either our mother language or a second language, and also to communicate and share information and ideas, as we do with writing. These symbols are usually printed or written but they can be tactile as well in languages such as Braille nowadays.

Both reading and writing are really important media to interact with people every day, and we use them in every aspect of our lives. This is why it is necessary to learn how to write and read properly to reach our goals in the future.

READING: is where you are learning how to read a lot quicker and to improve your reading level.

WRITING: is where you are learning how to write more as in using a graphic organizer or writing a poem or you would be learning how to write a practice essay.

You see these two you really need for your collage and they will be useful in your future as well.

Answer:

Parvana's opposite thoughts in the second paragraph is that she saw that her mother wasn't ready to give in yet.

The evidence that supports my answer is: "<em>But that didn't mean she was ready to give in</em>."

Explanation:

From the passage, it is revealed that when Parvana woke up, she saw that her mother looked much better. This shows that the discussion the mother was having with Mrs. Weera helped to brighten her up.

But Parvana discovered that despite her mother looking better, she wasn't ready to agree to what Mrs. Weera suggested.

The use of "But" in the evidence I highlighted after saying that her mother looked better shows the opposite thoughts of Parvana.
