The text of a novel is more explanatory with details and the setting. In the movie version of novels, the movie is just flowing which makes it almost seem to be shorter. In my opinion, although it would take more dedicated time to read the text of a novel first and the movie second it would give the reader's and viewer's a better understanding of what is being watched in the movie version.

Then he sees a round fish. She says to him. "Hello! Would you like to be my friend?" Sam answers: "Of course! But you are round. I am flat." The round fish days: "But we are both fishes."
Sam thinks and says, "You are right. Let's be friends." They become good friends.
I would suggest saying, "I would make an excellent president because...." (List your reasonings). For "Helpful," you don't need to capitalize the first letter. Make sure you add in an "and helpful," since you're finishing off the reasons.

Lastly, I would suggest saying "have had experience...."
