Rational numbers are numbers that can be expressed as a fraction. pi is irrational. 0.7 can be written as 7/10 so it is rational. 0.3333... is irrational because it cannot be expressed as a fraction.

Answer:

0.7 and 0.333... are rational.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given some numbers pie,0.7,and 0.333....

we have to find the numbers which are rational.

Rational numbers are the numbers which can be expressed in the form of \frac{p}{q}, where q≠0.

Irrational numbers are those which cannot be expressed in the form of \frac{p}{q}, where q≠0 and have an infinite non-repeating number of digits to right of decimal point.

The value of π is 3.14159265...

which is irrational as it is non-terminating without repetition.

0.7=\frac{7}{10}

which shows the above rational.

Now, 0.333... which is non-terminating but repeating.

Hence, rational.

Here, pi is irrational. 0.7  is rational. 0.3333... is rational because it cannot be expressed as a fraction.

Inessa05 [86]
Since we are evaluating, we use PEMDAS so we know the order the operations. Follow PEMDAS:

Original Expression: (-1)8+(-1)7-16-14-(-1)2.

Evaluating: -8-7-16-14+2

-8-7=-15-16=-31-14=-45+2=-43.

The answer is -43 according to PEMDAS.

Hitman42 [59]

An hourglass is turned over with the top part filled with sand. after 3 minutes, there are 855 ml of sand in the top half. after 10 minutes, there are 750 ml of sand in the top half. This can be represents a two points ( 3, 855) and (10, 750) . using this to solve the slope m = (750-855)/(10-3) = -15. And using one point the equation is y = -15x + 900.
