B: caraval

your answer is not A, because it was generally not researched and used yet.
your answer is not D, because it was generally not made, and even if it was in it's infant age, it would not have affected the age of exploration.

C, aqueduct, COULD have, but note "exploration". Aqueducts are generally used to bring water from a source to destination, and usually didn't help with exploration.

B: Caraval, is your answer, for it is a small, extremely manuervable boat that was used by Europeans to explore the outside world. Attached is a picture of a Caravel.

Again, your answer is B.

hope this helps

What was the Enlightenment or Age of Reason and why is it so very important to the foundation of our United States government? I
FrozenT [24]

Explanation:

The Enlightenment was an intellectual movement in the eighteenth century that emphasized reason and science.

The British colonist Benjamin Franklin gained fame on both sides of the Atlantic as a printer, publisher, and scientist. He embodied Enlightenment ideals in the British Atlantic with his scientific experiments and philanthropic endeavors.

Enlightenment principles guided the founding of the colony of Georgia, but those principles failed to stand up to the realities of colonial life.

The Enlightenment

The Enlightenment, also known as the Age of Reason, was an intellectual and cultural movement in the eighteenth century that emphasized reason over superstition and science over blind faith. Using the power of the press, Enlightenment thinkers like John Locke, Isaac Newton, and Voltaire questioned accepted knowledge and spread new ideas about openness, investigation, and religious tolerance throughout Europe and the Americas. Many consider the Enlightenment a major turning point in Western civilization, an age of light replacing an age of darkness.

Vanyuwa [196]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

I could apply Socarte's ideas in today's world, as follows.

Socrates said: "A system of morality which is based on relative emotional values is a mere illusion, a thoroughly vulgar conception which has nothing sound in it and nothing true."

A moral system of values in today's world should be the kind of consistent and valid moral values that must be followed by people on all occasions, not only when it is good for them or their interests. Ethics and moral values are written in stone and should be applied by virtuous people in every moment, although it means to expose some or something. High morale means firm and untainted conduct that serves as an example of leadership under any kind of circumstances.

Leno4ka [110]

Answer:

Due to addiction.

Explanation:

Captain Nixon continue drinking even though he has to hide his  alcohol because he is addictive to drinking and can't resist to it. he does not get into trouble for his drinking because he is the highest authority on the ship and nobody can question him for his actions. If he is of lowering rank, then the higher authority on the ship can question him and can stop him from drinking alcohol on the duty. So that's why he continue drinking and not get into trouble for his drinking.
