Answer:

plain dresses = 25

dyed dresses =125

Step-by-step explanation:

number of plain dresses - x

number of dyed dresses - y

X + Y = 150 -------- (1)

50X + 70Y = 10000 ------------ (2)

(2)/50

X + 7/5 Y = 200 ---------- (3)

(3) - (1)

0 + 7/5Y - Y = 50

2Y = 250

Y = 125

; X = 25

Answer:

Plain dresses =25, and dyed dresses= 125

Step-by-step explanation:

Let P rep the plain dresses, and D, the dyed ones,

P+D=150........ (i)

50P+ 70D= 10000......(ii)

Using equation i

P=150-D

Replace P in Equation ii

50(150-D)+ 70D =10000

7500-50P+70D=10000

20D= 2500

D= 125

Therefore; P=150-125= 25

Which graph shows the points (–3, 5) and (4, –3) plotted correctly?
Nana76 [90]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

This is clearly a linear relationship.  If Alex rented the movie for 0 days, he'd owe nothing.  If he paid $6 for a 3-day rental, the slope of this line would be m = rise / run = $6/(3 days) = $2/day, which is positive.

Then the equation for this graph is C(x) = ($2/day)x, where x is the number of days for which the movie is rented.

Using this formula, we find three particular points on the graph:

(1, $2), (2, $4), (3, ($6)
