The definition of health has been changed over a period of time. Many years ago health was only a matter of concern with physical health. But now health means physical, mental and social health.

A person is said to be healthy when he is physically, mentally and socially well-being. All the three states are necessary for a person for being fit. When a person is said to be socially well-being he is surrounded with positive kind of people and lives in a hygienic area.

Mental state of a person is also considered to be an important factor. A person should be mentally well because a well and healthy person will take decisions wisely.

Oksana_A [137]

Answer:

Yes. Because training improves the resistance.

Explanation:

The volume of air (in liters) that can be drawn from the fully inflated lungs is called forced vital capacity (FVC); also the most important measure of air flow is the forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1), this is the amount of air that an individual can draw a second after starting exhalation taking the Fully inflated lungs and doing their best.

Training improves the resistance and strength of the respiratory muscles in athletes, reduces the resistance of the respiratory channels, increases lung elasticity and alveolar expansion as seen in studies where there is an expansion of lung capacities and volumes. This improvement can be quantified by spirometry.
