In the second attachment, you can see a bar chart with the percentage of deaths for both causes, the blue bars show the deaths caused by strokes between 1999 and 2013 and the red bars show the deaths by Chronic Liver Disease over the same period.
As you can see, just as suspected, death by stroke decreases over the years while death by Chronic Liver disease increases through the years.
