How a consumer affects the economy:

- as a consumer your demand decides the supply, the higher the demand the more the supply

- as a consumer you can potentially influence the prices of a product, high in demand products are usually more expensive than low in demand

Answer: "Large corporations exist only because they are created and protected by our institutions." Theodore Roosevelt.

Explanation:

In this way, the former president described the country's situation related to certain corporations, including the one owned by Rockefeller. In that way, the president started a showdown with monopolistic companies in the country. The idea was to create more competition in the market. That way, everyone would have an equal chance of succeeding, and the market would become fairer. The president has succeeded in his efforts bypassing several laws. Large corporations were powerless to oppose state policy.

What problems might an outside country create if it draws borders without understanding local political or ethnic situations?
Fofino [41]

This is not merely a hypothetical but a reality.

Take Rwanda.

Rwanda was drawn without an understanding of the ethnic make up.

And, in effect, a minority population was given control over a majority population.

This is problematic as it creates tensions that should not exist.
