The diagram shows the leg bones of a (Left -> Right): Orangutan, dog, pig, cow, tapir, and horse. Most of the animals have th

e same bones, although some are shaped differently and placed in different positions. What does this suggest about mammals?
that they shared a common ancestor
that mammals are evolving to become more and more like one another
that they developed their bone structure independently of one another
that the shape of the bones are less to do with the environment pressures on the animals, and more to do with what their relatives are.

The answer is a because if you look at the bone structure in each animal, you would notice how similar they look to one another, and all of the animals above use their legs for the same function which is walking which can suggest that all had a common ancestor.

hopefully this helps

What are the strong claws and opposable digits found in a koala’s hands and feet considered? natural selection an adaptation evo
Molodets [167]
They're considered to be human like hands. They have a thumb like humans which allows them to grip onto trees and maneuver better. It also helps them with their grip onto branches and trees because they rarely come down from up there, so they need to be able to grip tightly even a sleep. I would say it's natural selection due to evolution.
