I know this more than one question but I'm really stuck. help :(

The first question asks to find a change in temperature. To find this, we subtract the first temperature from the last. The final temperature here is 35.65 C, while the initial is 24.85 C. Finding the change, we end up with
$35.65-24.85=10.8 C$

To find the m and c for 3, we know that m stands for mass (represented in grams here - make sure that you know whether to do it in kilograms or grams! If it says that the specific heat of water is 4,184 , it's kilograms. If it's 4.184, it means grams), and we know that there are 1000 grams of water. Thus, our mass is 1,000. The c, or specific heat, is 4.184 J/(g*C) for water. Therefore, we have $10.8*4.184*1,000=45187.2 J$ as the heat absorbed by the water.

Similarly for the calorimeter, we multiply the heat capacity of the calorimeter by the change in temperature, or $695*10.8=7506 J$ as the heat absorbed by the calorimeter.
