When I was in 3rd grade, I had a substitute teacher in my class. But the sub was mean, well, not mean to me, but to the other students. So, when I finished my class work I went on the computers, and some of my classmates were on the computers also. And I said to the person beside me, "The substitute is so mean, I wish she weren't in this class." And I didn't realized that I said that out loud. The sub was like, "Who said that?" Why does Montressor warn Fortunado about the air in the vaults
notka56 [123]

Answer:

The purpose that Montresor had in telling Fortunato about the air in the vaults was to give him a false sense of security as they went deeper. Montresor wanted Fortunato to believe that he had his "friend's" best interest at heart so that when he ensnared him in the trap and began to bury him alive he would be completely stunned by the act.

Hopes this helps :)

THE WAY YOU VALUE RELATIONSHIP
dangina [55]

Explanation:

Interestingly, the term Relationship has sometimes been defined as the way in which two or more people or things are connected. The level of connection they have reflects the value they place on their relationship.

For example, a man happily married to a woman for decades would have had a long-lasting relationship with his wife; which was made possible because of the value (worth) they attached to their relationship.
