Asthma triggers cause inflammation and bronchoconstriction of the lungs. Examples of asthma triggers are dust mites, tobacco smoke, and pet dander.

One way that a person with asthma can maintain a healthy Respiratory system is to follow a good diet plan. In this direction, despite eating healthy maintaining e healthy weight is very important because obesity is associated with more severe asthma.

Also if you are allergic to certain foods, you should avoid them because allergies can trigger asthma symptoms.
