I’m pretty sure I️ can help lol
Since you didn’t give he specific questions I️ just do an example.
Say you’re trying to figure out x from 4x+5=2x+33
You basically just move the stuff around until all you have left on one side of the = is x so whatever you do from one side you do to the other.
4x+5=2x+33
-5 -5
4x =2x+28
-2x -2x
2x = 28
/2 /2
x = 14
Hope this is what you were looking for

Percentage is not my strong suit
Elina [12.6K]

Answer:

1/4

Step-by-step explanation:

According to the word problem:

  • A number cube is numbered 1-6
  • A spinner has 3 consonants and 1 vowel

-------------------------------------------------------------------

-------------------------------------------------------------------

The question is asking the probability of rolling a number less than 3 and a consonant.

Well, there are 2 numbers less than 3 on the number cube, 2 and 1. So of the six numbers, 2 of them are less than 3 (2/6).

There are 3 consonants on the spinner. So, of the 4 letters, 3 of them are constants (3/4).

Now, that we know the likelihood of each event, multiply them.

2/6*3/4=6/24

6/24=1/4(simplified)
