Almost earthquakes and volcanoes form on fault lines and tectonic plates. This happens due to the plates shifting and moving. When shifting, they can cause a sudden large jolt around the area which is also called an earthquake. That also goes for volcanoes too though because when two plates "smash" into one another, it can create a mountain and/or a volcano. I hope this helped clear things up for you! :D

TiliK225 [7]
<span>It is process through which plants and other photoautotrophs generate carbohydrate and oxygen from carbon dioxide, water and light energy in chloroplast. It is two stage reaction- 1.Light dependent reaction- in this sunlight is absorbed by chlorophyll and converted into chemical energy and stored in the form of NADPH and ATP. It takes place in thylakoid membrane in chloroplast. 2.Light Independent Reaction- in this energized electrons from the light dependent reaction provides the energy to form carbohydrate from carbon dioxide molecules. It is known as Calvin cycle.</span>

How many distinct trnas are needed to translate every codon in the genetic code?
White raven [17]
In the genetic code, codons made of of three bases specify an amino acid. With three bases, there are 64 possible permutations. With three codons corresponding to STOP codons, this leaves 61 combinations that code for an amino acid. This would require 61 distinct tRNA species were it not for the "wobble base"

Plasmodium is an organism with both sexual and asexual life cycles. Describe the most likely cause of a heritable phenotypic cha
hjlf

Answer:

Mutation.

Explanation:

Mutation in the organism's DNA that is passed on to the offspring is that main cause of heritable phenotypic change in some members of a population that reproduces asexually. Repeated exposure of Plasmodium that is sensitive to artesunate strain to increasing dosage of artesunate led to the development of resistance in plasmodium because the genetic mutation occur in the plasmodium that provide resistance against artesunate.

Explanation:
