How does Father respond to Tom and Andy after he discovers the soap in the Duvitches tub of fish? Father is angry with the boys

and makes them catch fish until they replace all the ones they killed. Father is sad that his boys were so careless and makes the boys shake hands with Mr. Duvitch.
