y = mx  + B  is slope intercept form

m is the slope (rise/run)

the B is the y intercept (where the line crosses the y axis)

the B is easy to find, its 5

now we need to find slope

you need to find two spots where the line goes through the corners like (0,5)

and (-2,0)

(0,5) and (-2,0)

so lets look at ys 5 and 0.  How many step from 5 to 0?  -5 the the rise

lets loo at xs 0 and -2.  How many steps from 0 to -2?  -2 the run

-5/-2  or 5/2

so its y = 5/2x + 5  or $y = \frac{5}{2} x + 5$
