The local county officials need to calculate the capacity of a large hole for the garbage refuse dump. The dump hole is 250 ft long, 120 ft wide and 30 ft deep. What is the capacity of the dump hole in cubic feet ?

If you want to calculate this we will multiply 250*120*30
And that equals to 900,000 cubic feet.

So the correct answer is : None of these choices.
Hope this helps!

Why do you need to find common denominators simplify your equation
Daniel [21]
Finding common denominators allows you to more easily get your answer for the problem.  fractions are complex as it is  if you have a denominator of 16 and 4 your immediate reaction would be to just subtract the process and answer would be completely wrong.

45 620 000 to the nearest million
aniked [119]

Answer:

46,000,000 (46 million)

Step-by-step explanation:

If the number to the right (in this case the hundred thousands place) is 5 or greater then you round up.

If it was lower than 5 you would round down.

As the number in the hundred thousands place is 6, this means we can round up.

To describe a specific arithmetic sequence, Elijah wrote the recursive formula:
11111nata11111 [884]

Answer:

t_{n} = 30 + 7n, where, n = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, .........

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the arithmetic sequence in recursive formula.

f(0) = 30 and f(n + 1) = f(n) + 7 ......... (1)

Therefore, putting n = 0 in equation (1) we get f(1) = f(0) + 7 = 30 + 7 = 37 {Since, f(0) is given to be 30}

Again, putting n = 1 in equation (1) we get f(2) = f(1) + 7 = 37 + 7 = 44

And, putting n = 2 in equation (1) we get f(3) = f(2) + 7 = 44 + 7 = 51

and so on.

Therefore, the arithmetic sequence is 30, 37, 44, 51, .......

Therefore, the linear equation of this sequence is given by t_{n} = 30 + 7n, where, n = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, .........
