I can refer to a specific information about anything, but in case it's something related with concrete information you have to give the right answer.

In this case yo should start from the general aspects and be advancing by the explanation to get to the objective and concrete answer.

For example in a mathematical problem it is importan to talk about the general problem and how to get to the correct answer. But if it is something more subjective as the art you can do it viceversa.


So the best option is letter C because it depends on what kind of topic you are talking about. And the point is to explain it as simple as posible as Einstein said " If you can't explain it simple, you don't understand it well enough ".
