Debates over the Articles of Confederation were the amount of votes in Congress of each state; the power to raise money through taxes (this was not approved); control over foreign affairs by the central government and Courts System. Some of these debates were not reflected in the Articles.
Each year 100 million people in the U.S. donate an estimated three hours per week to help a charitable cause. That works out to about 7.5 million full-time volunteers that help a good cause.
