Pour me preparer pour cette competition je mangerai beaucoup des legumes pendant ce mois et je boirai beaucoup d'eau. Je ferai du sport tous les jours. Par example, je courrai 5 Km deux fois par semaine. Otre chose tres importante sera d'aller dormir tres tot tous les jours, a 21 h ou 20h. Et enfin, j'irai au docteur pour etre sure que je suis en bonne sante.
