It is ont because it is plural therefore a and as are not possible. It is not avons because that is the nous form (we), and they are asking for they.

Laurent is singular third person therefore it can not be ont. Ai is the conjugation for first person. As is for second person.

Same thing as for question 2. Le bébé is singular third person, therefore it can not be avez ( which is you plural). Ai is first person singular and as is second person singular.
