You are wrong sorry. It is "D, Neither"  because:
You have to put 3/4 on the left then put 9/35 on the right and multiply the numbers horizontally. Like, 3x35=105 and 4x9=36. Those numbers don't match so move on the next fraction. 3/4 and 9/16. 3x16=48 and 9x4=36. Those two numbers don't match so it is neither. ("D")
