Explanation: <u>That is not true because the citizens votes do matter</u> and even though the <u>Electoral College</u> chooses the <u>president</u> that does <u>NOT</u> mean that <u>citizens votes</u> don't matter. Plus the <u>Electoral College</u> matters on <u>their votes</u> and <u>citizens votes</u> when <u>electing president</u>.
