In order to add the company name to the top of every odd page of the document Jodie needs to use the header feature. She can do this by clicking at the top part of an odd page. In this way, the panel which includes the header feature will appear automatically in the ribbon. She also has the option to go manually to "Design" panel in the ribbon and then choose "Header". Once she has written the header she wants, she needs to click at "options" in the "Design" panel and then choose "Different odd & even pages" so that she applies the header only to the odd pages of the document.

Answer:

B. The Putnams accuse Giles Corey’s wife after a land dispute, and the court does not accept Giles’s evidence in her defense.

Explanation:

Because of a personal dispute over lands, the Putnams took advantage of the fear and paranoia of the town to accuse Giles Corey's wife of witchcraft. Which is a great example of the author's theme: Personal conflicts lead to societal conflicts.
