The enzyme needed is topoisomerase. Topoisomerases are enzymes whose function is to regulate the unwinding of the DNA double helix. They ensure there is no overwinding or underwinding of the helix. During the replication and transcription of DNA, the double helix becomes overwound ahead of the replication fork. If left to go on, the tension created would eventually hinder the ability of DNA and RNA polymerase enzymes to continue down the strand of DNA. Topoimerases I and II enzymes correct this, ensuring the polymerase enzymes do their work smoothly.

How does knowing its own history provide a group with a sence of unite
ozzi
Knowing one's own history provides a group with a sense of unity as it unites them to know how their past brought them together through their past hardships.

It brings a sense of unity as people can feel they share a history together and have something to relate to, sort of like a nationalistic feeling in a sense.

Therefore, knowing one's history provides a group with a sense of unity as it allows them to feel as though they have something to relate to and have a past that makes them them, in a sense.

Hope this helps!

Model: To determine the probability of a trait combination such as black fur and red eyes consider each trait separately. Fill i
Yuki888 [10]

Answer:

3/8

Explanation:

I think I can help with completing the question.

Above each punnet square, the genotypes of the parents were given right? something like this:

Parent 1 fur genotype: Ff                             Parent 1 eye genotype: Ee

Parent 2 fur genotype: Ff                            Parent 2 eye genotype: ee

       F         f                                                              E        e

F     FF       Ff                                                    e     Ee      ee

f      Ff        ff                                                     e     Ee      ee

Probability of black fur if dominant is:               Probability of red eyes:

    3/4                                                                       2/4= 1/2

Probability of a trait combination such as black fur and red eyes is

3/4*1/2 = 3/8.

What I know is that sickle-cell anemia is when red blood cells are sickle-shaped instead of disc-shaped and can't deliver enough oxygen to the cells in the body.

vfiekz [6]

Answer: 62.9%

Explanation:

Figure one is not available so I cannot answer the first part of the question.

The second part however, has the relevant information required.

The percentage of large animals eaten by lions from the total amount of biomass eaten by lions is:

= Weight of large animals / Total weight of animals eaten by lions * 100%

= 110,000 / 175,000 * 100%

= 62.9%
