Despite several hours of rest Thomas still feels exhausted. He spends most of the day on a bench in the Deadheads. The joy of his escape has quickly evaporated, leaving only pain and the thoughts of his miserable life in the Glade.  For the first time, Thomas feels a real need for revenge. But despair quickly takes him again. If Newt and the others had been trying to find a way out for two years, what chance did he have? The Maze becomes a metaphor for the dystopian world he lives in. He ponders how could anyone be so evil to this to children?

What is the theme for The Time Machine by H.G. Wells?
Andrew [12]

Answer:

One of the most important themes in The Time Machine is the ambiguous nature of technology. On the one hand, technology can liberate the human species by opening up new vistas of opportunity, such as time travel. On the other hand, it cannot always mitigate subjugation and repression, as in the case of the Morlocks.

Addresses and street names are always capitalized
However, north, south, east, or west, they are only capitalized when they are part of a proper name or are indicating specific regions. They are not capitalized when indicating direction, like go south, or the north of France.
