In French: Je fais de l’exercice au quotidien et j’essaie de garder une trace de ce que je mange, j’essaye aussi de dormir beaucoup et j’essaye enfin de rester aussi motivé que possible.

with nous & vous if you're both masc. and fem. the past perticiple will be masc. plural

If they're both feminine => tha past participle willlbe plural & feminine

if the subjects are both masc. and fem. masculine taked over feminine

il est parti / ils sont parti // elle est partie / elles sont parties
