Le réveil<u> sonne</u> à sept heures et demie.

"Sonner" is the infinitive of this verb (-er)  first group

No indication of time in past, or future, so you must conjugate "sonner" in present tense.

<u>SONNER </u><u><em>(</em></u><em>to ring)  présent</em>

je sonne

tu sonnes

il/elle/on sonne   <em>(le réveil masc. sing.  noun ==> il)</em>

nous sonnons

vous sonnez

ils/elles sonnent
