Finding the upper and lower bounds for a definite integral without an equation is pretty hard because how can we find the upper and lower bounds of  definite integral if there is no equation given. But I will teach you how to find the lower and upper bounds of a definite integral, when the equation is like this

\int\limits^6_1 t^{2} - 6t + 11dt

So, i integrate this,
( \frac{t^{3} }{3} - 3t^{2} + 11t) \int\limits^6_1

I know I have a minimum at x=3 because;
f(t )= t^2 − 6t + 11
f′(t) = 2
t−6 = 0
2(t−3) = 0
t = 3
f(5) = 4
f(1) = −4

A King in ancient times agreed to reward the inventor of chess with one grain of wheat on the first of the 64 squares of a chess
maxonik [38]

Answer:

Total weight of the wheat placed on 45th square will be = 1.26\times 10^{6}tons

Step-by-step explanation:

King rewarded the inventor of chess by giving grain of wheat on every square of the chess board. He places one  grain of wheat on first square, 2 on second, 4 on 3rd, 8 on 4th and so on.

In fact he places grains of wheat in a progression S = 1, 2, 4, 8, 16.........n terms where value of n is 64.

We can rewrite the progression as S = 2°, 2, 2², 2³,.........n terms (n = 64)

In a geometric progression we know the nth term = a(r^{n-1})

where a = first term of the series, r = common ratio, n = number of terms

Now we have to calculate the weight of all wheat placed on 45th square.

So we will put the values in the given formula 45th term =

1\times (2^{45-1}) = 2^{44}=1.76\times 10^{13}

Then the weight of wheat will be = 2.51\times 10^{9}pounds=1.26\times 10^{6}tons

Find the perimeter. Explain what you added together to get your answer. You can get partial credit for explaining steps, even if
sertanlavr [38]

Answer:

the area of the shape is 7.14

Step-by-step explanation:

First, find the area of the square:

2 in x 2 in = 4 in

then to find the area of the semi- circles add them together to make a circle

To find the area of the circle, use:

pi x radius^2

Since the diameter is 2 divide the diameter by 2 to get radius

3.14 x 1^2 = 3.14

The circle is 3.14 plus 4 ( the square ) = 7.14

For 7/8 x 2/3 = the answer in simplest form, so we do the repricoral?
stiks02 [169]
Hello, so a simple way to do it is to cross cancel and then you would end up with 7/4 x 1/3 and it would equal 7/12 and that’s in simplest form.
