Natasha is entering the third stage of childbirth, also known as the _____ stage.
andreyandreev [35.5K]

The third stage of childbirth is also known as delivery of the placenta.

The process of childbirth has three stages in total- The womb's neck, or cervix expands , to a 10 cm dilation during the first stage. The baby descends through the vagina and is born during the second stage. The placenta (afterbirth) is delivered during the third stage.

During this stage of childbirth, placenta and membranes (that held the baby in the womb) emerge from the vagina.

Although the delivery of the placenta usually takes 30 minutes, it sometimes takes an hour. The placenta is pushed in entering the delivery canal by the contractions.

Timothy is the defendant in a criminal trial. He has been charged with the murder of his brother, which occurred last Saturday n
mihalych1998 [28]

Answer:

This statement is an example of An alibi

Explanation:

What is an alibi in a court case?

An alibi is a proof that someone who has been accused or suspected of a particular crime gives as an evidence in court in order to prove that at the time in which the crime was committed the person was in another place away from where the crime was committed.

Timothy says he just knocked off from his shift around 10:00 PM and the crime was committed around 10:05 PM and if he says it takes 20 minutes from where he works to get to where the murder was committed that means he couldn't have made it to that point in just 5 minutes and that is Timothy's alibi which if the court needs to confirm can use cameras around the subway area or any clocking system that Timothy uses to check out at his work place .
