English

Answer:

Yes!

Explanation:

To me, this feels very uncompleted, and sentence fragments are just that. Although it may look fine because of the comma, it is not. While reading it, you should get the feeling of incompletion. And that's what I got. We need a subject, or the main cause . And I think it doesn't have one.

To me there's just something missing. When identifying sentence fragments try to look for the three main components, which are the subject, the verb, and the thought.

I really hope this helped!

In Persepolis 2, the author mostly uses speech bubbles to—
faust18 [17]

Answer:

A.) Narrate the story.

Explanation:

The speech bubbles as seen in the illustration, were used to narrate what transpired around the 1990s. The women of Iran were greatly restricted by the government and every action of theirs were perceived as rebellion. This was the aftermath of series of protests that were done before this time.

The restriction to freedom was so much that the women no longer had the freewill to make their own independent decisions or reason on matters as free people. All the descriptions of the situation took a narrative form.

Read the excerpt from "The Most Dangerous Game."
Fittoniya [83]

In this excerpt, the author is employed about foreshadowing. Thus, the correct answer is B.

What is the central theme of Most Dangerous Game?

The most hazardous game involves a man who pretends to enjoy hunting, becoming the victim. On Ship Trap Island, General Zaroff hunts Sanger Rainsford for fun; finally, Sanger Rainsford turns into the game that General Zaroff killed.

Foreshadowing mainly refers to indication to something that will happen later in the story, typically not by giving away exactly what will happen, but rather by throwing a hint to something.

Therefore, in this excerpt, the authors highlights the mystery of the island, so options B is correct.
