A reflex arc is the pathway by which a reflex travels, which at its simplest includes a sensory nerve and a motor nerve with a synapse in between.

A reflex action is an involuntary and almost instantaneous movement  in response to a stimulus. It usually does not require any thought or input and therefore does not directly involve the brain.

The path taken  by the nerve impulses in a reflex action is called a reflex arc. Most reflex arcs involve three neurons. There are two types of reflex arcs namely autonomic reflex arc which involves the inner organs of the body, and somatic reflex arc, which involves muscles.

Some types of vitamin A are immediately usable by the body, while other types need to be converted first.
mojhsa [17]

Answer:

True: Retinol is the most absorbed.

Explanation:

Vitamin A digestion follows the same process as the rest of the food lipids. Thus, retinol esters are hydrolyzed by pancreatic lipases, after binding to bile salts and micelle formation, and free retinol is absorbed in the duodenum and jejunum. The absorption of retinoids is 80-90% while that of carotenes is 30-40%.

GET OUT OF THERE ASAP! If you don't consent and they continue to pressure, that's not a good person and they don't deserve any politeness from you. Tell them no and leave. Start voice recording on your phone so you have proof if anything happens.
