A library checked out 52 books. 24 are fiction books what is the ratio for fiction to non fiction books. Please show how it is done. Thanks

ratio of fiction to non-fiction is : 24/28 which reduces to 6/7...so the ratio is 6:7 or 6/7 or 6 to 7 <===

with these problems, u have to pay close attention to the wording...because if ti wanted the ratio of non-fiction to fiction, it would be 28/24 or 7:6

and if u wanted the ratio of fiction to total books, it would be 24/52 or 6:13
