Sometimes your problem makes you nervous and stressed. This prevents you from clearly seeing the ways to solve it and it seems that the problem is much bigger than it really is. As a result, you become sad and fail to solve the problem that begins to become a giant from the moment other problems arise.
A good tactic to see the problem more clearly is to share it with people you trust, or with a therapist. These people are not stressed about this problem, so they will be able to see you in a critical and accurate way, they can help you see it and give you a direction on how you can solve it.
