I would say the fourth one, because if people see the damage caused by drunk driving, people won't want to do it.

I would also chose the 4th and last one because it talks about the images being showed to people that when you are driving drunk. You can cause this damage to other peoples property or the public's. They wouldn't want their vechicle destroyed just because they were driving drunk. It would tell them they should not drive drunk.
