I think the word you are looking for is "anarchy" - people who do not accept the authority of any government.

I would also say that people who would accept such authority, but are not subject to it anyway could be also "stateless" (i.e. without any citizenship)

Darina [25.2K]

Answer: reflection of her person, character, thinking and even upbringing

Explanation:

Employee who steal because they feel that they are owed or is benefits from the job are high risk individuals and can lead to a company's downfall. Stealing is taking what does not belongs to you and using sweet names to qualify your actions is even more wrong. It tells on your character as a person that you are not truthful and cannot be trusted. A person who steal and fails to admit it is a self centered person and does not mind and lacks good home training. This kind of behavior is not sudden. The person involved must have been doing it for a long time and it has become part of him. His or her has made himself believe that what he or she is doing is ringht and no matter what you say they will never admit their wrong.
