Answer:

Codification of knowledge is the art of presenting tacit knowledge into an explicit state so that it can be utilized by another.

Knowledge is said to be tacit when it is in such a state that it cannot be transferred to another vocally or in writing.

Taxonomy refers to the branch of science that deals with the categorisation of information.

The major taxonomic approaches to codifying knowledge that has been captured are summarised as follows:

A) Concept Mapping

Here the information is represented in a graphical form portraying the relationship between key ideas very clearly or explicitly

B) Decision Tree

This form or approach features the codification of knowledge in charts that show the decision-making process. This is easy to create but less suited for capturing the relationships between concepts.

C) Manual Knowledge Taxonomy

This approach is flexible and allows for the conceptualisation of ideas. This is more complex and therefore takes more time.

D) Automated Knowledge Taxonomy

This process or methodology may be executed using novel technologies. Most are founded on statistical methodologies.

This approach is the most expensive but not necessarily accurate. To become useful, knowledge generated must be subject to and adjustments.

Cheers!

Blizzard [7]

The features that are common to group members but absent from closely related species serve as the standard by which to classify taxonomic groups. Hominins underwent a number of diverse modifications over the course of their evolution, which took place over time.

What is a Hominins?

Among all hominins, only two of these traits have sufficiently early origins.

Great apes, often known as hominoids, are members of the family Hominidae in the primate family group. based on data from the fossil record and a comparison of the DNA of humans and chimpanzees. Despite the fact that our species is the only one still existing in the evolutionary branch that includes humans, numerous other species have descended from it. The term "hominins" is used to refer to creatures that diverged from the primate line after this separation, and that are more closely related to humans than to chimpanzees.

________ are sums of money spent to influence an election, but the donating organization is not allowed to coordinate with a can
malfutka [58]
The answer is Political Donations also known as Campaign Finance

In the United States, it is common for big businesses to support a certain member who is running for the Presidential Office. To gain some influence and to enhance lobbying efforts, all these companies are allowed to donate a certain amount of money.

These donations can ONLY be used to the fund the political campaign of a candidate and cannot be used for personal needs.

While controversial, it has become an integral part of America's democratic system and every President who wins is supported by large corporations.

The police department of a small city has jurisdiction within the city limits and over a defined portion of the surrounding rura
mafiozo [28]

Answer:

Yes he may prevail

Explanation:

He wants to exercise his civic duty and he has every right to file a suit because he has been taxes indirectly to the city.

Firstly, The farmer does not pay any tax directly to the city because a portion of his farm property is turned over by the county to the city to support the city police department, which indirectly, he is paying tax because this support to the city is categorized indirectly as his tax.

Secondly, His farm property has been vandalized several times over the months and the police didn't do anything about it to improve his situation which calls for attention to why nothing has been done about it despite his support to the city police department.

With the two above paragraphs, he has a point and his also lives in one of the rural communities and the city ordinance provides that only residents of the city may vote, but the city ordinance is always the city ordinance, the law might and might not favor him, he could get payment for the damages on his properties, but it would be quite difficult for him to prevail over the suit because he doesn't live in the city

Currently the world is seeing a drop in civil rights protections, a rise in authoritative leadership and a rise in totalitarian
Murljashka [212]

Answer:

Democracy did not die in Hungary in 2015 when Prime Minister Viktor Orbán decided he needed an expensive border wall to see off a nonexistent "invasion" of asylum seekers.

When Poland's government that same year started stripping power from the country's courts by filling large swaths of the judiciary with apparatchiks loyal above all else to the incumbent right-wing populist party, the rule of law still applied.

Turkey's leader was once seen as a potential model democrat in the Islamic world. Today, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is the world's biggest jailer of journalists.

Experts agree that democracy is fragile, not preordained and that a country's descent into the type of illiberal politics that has emerged in recent years in parts of Europe, in Brazil, in India and elsewhere, has been nothing if not gradual. It creeps up on you
