The Zen philosophy is evident in Monk Sewing attributed to Kao Ninga. Zen is a philosophy that actually originated in China during the reign of Tang dynasty. It is considered a style of Buddhism that that has a distinct Chinese flavor in it. Although it originated in China but it spread to different countries like Korea, Vietnam and Japan. This is a form of Buddhism that gives major stress towards meditation and also stresses on the learning’s from daily life of a human being.
