Answer:

Hi! I'm afraid your question is incomplete since you didn't attach the paragraph, nor did you mention the name of the text for me to look for it on my own. I did a little research online with the information you did post, but I wasn't able to find the complete question. Anyways, I'll try to guide you to find the correct answer yourself.

Explanation:

In order to answer this question, you have to carefully read the paragraph. Pay attention to the information given and try to tell others what this paragraph is about. By doing this, you will, maybe without even noticing, sum up the content of the excerpt, and this will help you to understand it deeply and will allow you to see which of the options given in the task best support the information in the paragraph. Which one of those options are the base of the information given in the paragraph? Which one is strictly related to it? By answering these questions, you'll find your answer.

Trust yourself, you'll do great!

According to the constitution, which of the following people could NOT be president of the United States?
mrs_skeptik [129]

ANSWER:

According to the constitution, a former Secretary of State who was born in Yugoslavia but is now a naturalized citizen could not be president of US.

Option (c)

EXPLANATION:

There are three criteria that must be satisfied to be eligible for becoming the 'President of the United States'. They are:

 • He/she must be a natural-born citizen of the Unites States
 • He/she must be at least 35 years old
 • He/she must be a resident of the United States for at least 14 years.

Since in option (c) the former Secretary was born in Yugoslavia, he/she does not satisfy the first criteria. The other two options satisfy all the three criteria.

List the name of national heritage Nepal and explain any two of them.
tatyana61 [14]

Explanation:

One of the most sacred Hindu temples in the world, Pashupatinath is a millennia old temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple complex consists of the main temple and compound, surrounded by a variety of smaller temples, ashrams and sculptures and is bordered by the holy Bagmati River to the east. Entry to the main temple is allowed only for Hindus but everyone is free to observe from the hills beside the Bagmati riverbanks. Observing the various rituals, ceremonies as well as funeral is a fascinating experience for tourists. A testament to the importance of this temple is the sheer amount of pilgrims it attracts, particularly during the holy occasions like Teej and Shivaratri where visitors number to hundreds of thousands in a single day. The Pashupatinath Temple was one of the first sites in Nepal to be designated as a UNSECO World Heritage Site (1979).

If Pashupatinath is the holiest Hindu temple in Kathmandu, then its Buddhist counterpart has to be the Boudhanath Stupa. There are a number of Newar as well as Tibetan Buddhist myths and legends surrounding this amazing stupa’s origin while some records state that it was built by a Licchavi King Sivadeva as far back as the 5th Century CE. In present day, it is one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world and the whole surrounding area is a Buddhist-populated settlement with over 40 monasteries nearby.
